・教室に入る前に、必ず手を洗ってください。これは、必ず実行してください。
　Before entering classrooms, wash your hands. This is required of all students without exception.

・教室に入る時は、必ずマスクをつけてください。これは、必ず実行してください。
　When entering classrooms, wear a mask. If you do not bring a mask, you can purchase one at the university co-op. This is required of all students without exception.

・教室に入る時は、必ず手指を消毒液で消毒してください。これは、必ず実行してください。
　Please use the hand sanitizer put at the entrance of the lecture room. This is required of all students without exception.

・教室では、隣、前後の人と距離を取って（手を伸ばして相手に届かない距離に）座ってください。
　Please sit at a distance (at least at arm’s length) on all sides from other students during class.

・咳エチケット（咳が出るときは、マスクをつける、袖やハンカチで口をおおう、など）を守ってください。
　Please observe proper coughing etiquette (wear a mask, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue/handkerchief, etc.).

・教室では換気をよくするため、窓を開けて授業をします。
　For ventilation, classroom windows will be open during class. 

・体調が悪いときは、無理をして教室に来ないでください。
　If you feel unwell, do not attend class. In particular, do not attend class if you have a fever or other physical symptoms. 

・もし、新型コロナウイルスに感染したために授業を休まなければならなくなった場合、
　If you contract COVID-19 and you are required to be absent from class:

①「特別な理由による欠席」として数えますから、出席率は下がりません。
Any absence(s) will be considered as “absence due to special reason” and your attendance average will not be lowered.

②休んだ授業の内容を、大学のLMS(e-IJLP)で、自分で勉強できます。（学習の内容や方法については、授業担当の先生の説明をよく聞いてください）
You can continue your studies on your own through the University’s learning management system (e-IJLP).  (Please consult your class instructor(s) for further details on self-study methods and lesson content.)

・新型コロナウイルスに感染した人への差別、偏見は許されません
　Discrimination or prejudice against individuals with COVID-19 is not acceptable.

・この感染症に対して若い人も十分に気をつけなければなりません。正確な情報に基づいて行動してください。
　Young people are susceptible to infection and should follow prevention measures. No one is invincible. Please behave in a responsible manner based upon accurate information.

①体調が悪い状態が続いて感染したかもしれない、あるいは感染したとわかったら、自分の所属する部局の学務係に電話かメールで連絡してください（直接事務へ行かないでください）。その後、大学からの指示に従ってください。

If you think you may have contracted COVID-19, avoid contact with others and promptly call or send a message to the student section of your department of study. (Do not visit in person.) After doing so, please follow all instructions given by the University.

②授業に出られなくなったら、LMS（e-IJLP)のクラスのメッセージから、先生にメールで連絡してください。連絡がなかった場合は、普通の「欠席」として扱います。

If you cannot attend the class due to COVID-19, please contact the class instructor through the Acanthus Portal. If you do not send a message, your absence will be treated according to the usual policy.
